Floating Stickers may process the following information to operate the app:

• Shop domain and Shopify shop identifier
• Shopify app installation and session records
• App configuration saved for the merchant's shop, including sticker settings, placement, size, animation, page visibility, and publish status
• Uploaded sticker asset references or URLs when a merchant uploads custom stickers
• Technical logs needed for security, debugging, reliability, and support
• Support messages or screenshots that merchants choose to send to us

Floating Stickers uses Shopify services, including Shopify Files/CDN and app-owned configuration, to support uploaded sticker assets and storefront display.

Floating Stickers does not intentionally collect:

• Customer payment data
• Order payment details
• Customer passwords
• Unnecessary customer profile data
• Customer order history for analytics or marketing

The app is designed for storefront decoration and does not modify checkout.

We use information to:

• Operate and maintain the app
• Save sticker configuration for a merchant's shop
• Display selected stickers on the merchant's storefront
• Support uploaded sticker assets
• Troubleshoot bugs and respond to support requests
• Maintain security, reliability, and app performance
• Comply with Shopify platform and legal requirements

We do not sell merchant or customer personal data.

Merchants choose which sticker packs or uploaded sticker assets they use. Merchants are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any images, artwork, logos, or other assets they upload or display through Floating Stickers.

Floating Stickers may use Shopify authentication, session technology, and technical logs needed to keep the app secure and working inside Shopify Admin.

The public Floating Stickers website may also use basic technical analytics or security tools to understand site reliability, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Floating Stickers may share or process information with:

• Shopify, as needed for the app to operate on Shopify
• Hosting, database, and infrastructure providers used to run the app
• Support, security, logging, or analytics providers used to maintain the service

We do not sell merchant or customer personal data.

Floating Stickers retains app configuration and installation/session records while the app is installed or as needed to operate the service.

If a merchant uninstalls the app, Floating Stickers will delete or de-identify app session records and shop-related app data where required, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, or backup retention needs.

Technical logs may be retained for a limited period as reasonably needed for security, debugging, reliability, and legal compliance.

Floating Stickers and its service providers may process information in the United States or other locations where our hosting, database, infrastructure, support, or security providers operate.

Floating Stickers responds to required Shopify privacy and compliance webhook requests, including:

• Customer data requests
• Customer redaction requests
• Shop redaction requests

Because Floating Stickers does not intentionally store customer or order records, customer data request and customer redaction responses may be limited to confirming that no applicable customer data is stored by the app.
